At Icarus Builders, We are one of the fastest growing real estate developer based at Jaipur, currently working on 14 different locations & known to have represented the elements of urban living through its consistent journey, with a consistent track record of timely completion and standard-quality construction, Icarus Group has developed integrated Townships, Hospitality, Residential and commercial complexes in various locations. Icarus Group has always given timely possession in all the developed projects.

How we started...

Icarus Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. was established on 7th August 2008 and registered in the Registrar of Companies keeping the thought in mind to provide distinctive quality projects in the residential, commercial, hospitality and other sectors.

Meaning of Icarus : “Icarus” In Greek mythology, Icarus (the Latin spelling, conventionally adopted in English; Ancient Greek: Ἴκαρος, Íkaros, Etruscan: Vikare) is the son of the master craftsman Daedalus, the creator of the Labyrinth and the synonym of “Sun”.

Icarus Builders has been awarded by many organisations on various platforms, statements and interviews of management has been recognised , rewarded, published and highlighted by varied media and publications houses.

Company Promoters : Icarus Group is headed by Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Manish Kejriwal, a young entrepreneur. Energetic and charming personality wrapped into the pita of professionalism. Mr. Kejriwal’s family has been working into the field of real estate development and construction for three consecutive generations.

Design of Logo : The straight line curvature design consists of yellow and blue colour with a bold dot on the top collectively referred to as Icarus Builders Logo. Straight Line in the Logo shows strength, professionalism and efficiency. And the Curvature Lines shows stability and endurance & the bold dot/circle on the top of the logo represents “Sun” which is synonyms of “Icarus”.

Yellow colour in Icarus Builder Logo is associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy. Yellow produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity, and generates muscle energy.

Blue Colour in Icarus Builder Logo is the colour of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolises trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven.
